On May 17 at the 5th annual International Helicopter Exhibition HeliRussia 2012 held in Moscow, UTair Aviation subsidiary UTair-Engineering and Turbomeca Germany signed an agreement for the construction of a new MRO Center for Turbomeca engines and their components. Turbomeca is a global leader in the manufacture of helicopter engines and components.

Kevin Bang has joined Dallas Airmotive, a BBA Aviation Engine Repair and Overhaul Group (ERO) company, as manager of its Phoenix Regional Turbine Center (RTC). Bang will be responsible for day-to-day operations at the RTC which focuses on PT6A, JT15D, M250™ repair services and, with its recent appointment, the HTF7000.

Helicopter Service Company, a subsidiary of Russian Helicopters, part of Russian state defense industry holding Oboronprom, today signed a partnership agreement with Russian helicopter operator PANH Helicopters. Under the agreement, the companies will expand collaboration on after-sales service and logistical support for Russian-made helicopters.

Helicopter Service Company (HSC), a subsidiary of Russian Helicopters, part of Russian state defense industry holding Oboronprom, is moving ahead with the creation of an integrated system of aftersales servicing of Russian-made helicopters. On June 1, 2012, HSC will open a centralized call center for operators of Russian helicopters, providing a direct line of communication to quickly address issues concerning aftersales servicing and logistic support.
